Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday- Friday) using USPS (United States Post Office)

USPS delivery standard is 1-3 Business days depending on where your package starts and where it’s going.

 Flat Rate Shipping is $8.75

For shipments weighing over 1 pound – 4.99 pounds – Shipment fees are $12.00

Your shipment rate may vary depending on the weight of your order.

 Shipping to Hawaii is a Flat Rate $25.00

 During Holiday Season, USPS rates may increase and be applied to your shipping cost.

International “World” Shipping is available through our USPS office. International orders may take an average of 15-30 days to receive, depending on your country.

International Flat Rate: $36.00


Local deliveries must be approved by SunLux Skincare customer service department in advance of order. Please email and ask in advance to your order if a local pick up, date and time, can be scheduled.

 Will I be informed when my package ships?

Yes, you will receive an email when your package has been sent out for shipping.

 What do I do if my order is lost?

Each order is tracked through USPS, so in the case of a lost package, we will file a claim at USPS, and begin the process of a refund or new order delivery on our end. Please contact us, and we will review your order, and replace it on the basis of our refund policy.

 Are there any hidden customs fees for International Shipping?

All prices on our website are displayed in USD, with all taxes and shipping fees displayed as well. On our end that is what is required for payment to SunLux Skincare LLC.  However, depending on your location and laws in your area, or country, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may change once your order has arrived to its destination. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws.
