DIRECTIONS
- Skin Application - Pour 1 tablespoon or desired amount into bath and mix around the water with your hand. The milk will blend into the water and is now ready for you to soak in. Safe to use 2-3 times a week.
- Hair Application - Mix 1 tablespoon in a small bowl slowly adding small amounts of water. Mix until you have a paste, and then apply all over your hair. Let sit for 15-20 minutes, then rinse out.
